Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Northland Power Inc. have made the final investment decision on the Hai Long offshore wind project in Taiwan.
The Taiwanese project, Hai Long Offshore Wind Project, will have a capacity of 1,022 MW, consisting of 73 offshore wind turbines. The project is moving forward as it has just made the final investment decision. For Mitsui, it’s the largest offshore wind project the company has been involved with to date.
