After an installation break over the winter, it looks like foundation installation is due to resume at Yunlin offshore wind farm in Taiwan.
Several vessels will be involved in the project in the coming months for the installation of the major components such as monopiles, transition pieces and turbines. The vessel scope for this task will be NPCC’s heavy lift DLS 4200 (monopiles), Jumbo Maritime’s heavy lift Jumbo Javelin (transition pieces) and Seajacks’ jack up vessel Zaratan (turbines).
