RWE and Korea Western Power (KOWEPO) have signed a joint business development agreement to build a 495MW capacity offshore wind project in South Korea.

The project, located 45 kilometers off the coast of Taean in Chungcheongnam-do Province, will have a generation capacity of 495MW, making it a notable addition to the region’s renewable energy initiatives.
